The AC machines are versatile systems for cutting tempered bars, linear guides, and hard metals, available in manual or automatic versions. They use an abrasive disc for precise cutting, free of burrs and burns. In the automatic version, the vertical advance of the cutting head is managed by a counterbalanced pneumatic system, which can be manually activated via a lever or, in the automatic version, through an axis controlled by a PLC. Loading and unloading rollers can be configured from 3 to 6 meters. A mechanical stop bar with a display for length verification is available. For cutting linear guides, a centering cone is integrated for maximum precision. The closed-loop cooling system with an electric pump and three-way valve allows for the internal washing of the machine. The cutting process is free from burrs and burns, exceeding quality control standards. In the manual descent version, there is a weight zeroing system to make the operator’s work less strenuous.
