The MEC3000 V1 is a high-productivity automatic circular saw, designed to handle up to 10 different cutting lengths autonomously, with integrated waste and trimming management. Material is fed via rubber-coated rollers and a bar stop, ensuring precision of ±0.18mm plus saw blade deviation. The 45° inclined cutting head is driven by a servo motor on prismatic guides. The discharge system is configurable in two directions, with a standard maximum length of 3 meters, extendable to 5 meters on request. This cutting line is suitable for square, rectangular, and round profiles and can be equipped with a deburring or chamfering unit.
