The CICLOMAX1500 V1 is an automatic circular saw designed for the precise cutting of square, rectangular, round, ovals up to 100mm and solid profiles. It handles up to 10 different cutting lengths with a precision of ±0.1 mm plus blade deviation. The 45° inclined cutting head, driven by a servo motor, moves along prismatic guides, ensuring stability and accuracy. Material is fed via a ball screw-driven clamp. The discharge system is configurable in three directions: front, rear, and scrap. It handles lengths from 15 mm up to 1500 mm, extendable to 3000 mm by repeating the clamp cycle. It is the only model in the range with 2R, 3R, and 4R configurations, enabling simultaneous cutting of multiple tubes. The CICLOMAX1500 V1 requires minimal maintenance and offers some of the fastest setup times in its class. It can also be configured with a deburring or chamfering unit for a complete processing solution.
